Walter is part of a terrorist group that has extorted $100 million from the State of Hawaii in exchange for not detonating a nuclear bomb. He holds a gun on Danno while others load the money on to a plane. Note that at the end of the sequence, Walter is suddenly wearing sunglasses. He is prominently featured at the end of this show's episode promo.
